POP started in 2009 as a two-chair studio above a Madison Avenue bookshop with one rule: craft over volume. Seventeen years later we're eighteen artists, a color lab, a spa wing and a feed full of receipts. The rule never changed. Every visit gets a real consultation, honest advice and a finish you'll want to post before you hit the sidewalk.
